Threaten Def is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Threaten Def 1, Threaten Def 2, and Threaten Def 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Threaten Def skill will inflict on enemies within two spaces of the user a penalty to their Defense until the end of their next action; the size of the Defense penalty increases with the skill's tier.
