Mercy (Japanese: 慈悲 Mercy) is a combat skill exclusive to Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. It is usable only by Queen Elincia of Crimea, and she comes with it equipped when she becomes playable again in Part 4. It inhibits Elincia from killing anything so long as it remains equipped, leaving enemies with 1 HP remaining no matter what happens.
