The kinshi (Japanese: 金鵄 golden kite) is a species of great bird in the Fire Emblem series, which was introduced in Fire Emblem Fates as the mount for the Kinshi Knight class. Kinshi are presumably native to Hoshido, as that is the primary origin of the Kinshi Knight class.
Characteristics
Physical appearance
Kinshi are very large and ornate birds. They are large enough for a human to ride them in flight during battle. Their primary color is white, they have elegant trailing blue feathers from their heads and tails, and their flight-feathers are golden.
Kinshi-mounted classes
So far, like griffons, kinshi serve as a mount for only a single class in the Fire Emblem series.
