Healing Focus (Japanese: 瞑想 Meditation) is a combat art that debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. It is learned by all units upon raising their skill level in brawling to B. It is a non-offensive combat art, instead healing half of the user's maximum HP on command. It does not have any durability cost associated with it, and can be used with any weapon type equipped.
