The starter deck's packaging.

(Japanese: 烈火の剣篇 Blazing Blade Chapter) is the tenth starter deck released for Fire Emblem Cipher. It primarily features characters from Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. This deck was released aside the Flame, Steel, Thought, and Grief booster series on June 28th, 2018 in Japan. Its retail price is ¥1,300 plus tax.

Blazing Blade Chapter is notably the first starter deck to focus on a game that was not getting its first representation in Cipher with its associated booster series; Fire Emblem had previously been represented in booster series 7. It is also the first starter deck for which a season denotation, in relation to the rotation of the competitive cardpool, is printed on its cards; in this case, "4th" appears near the card number, denoting these cards to be part of the fourth season expected to remain in competitive play until mid-2022.

As with all of Cipher, the cards featured here has been printed only in Japanese and have only been released in Japan.

Overview

This starter deck exclusively features characters of the Ic TCGCipher Elibe.png affiliation. Five of these cards are exclusive to this deck and cannot be pulled from booster packs. These completely exclusive cards have "S10" at the start of their card number. One further card has alternate artwork unique to this starter deck that cannot be found on the version of the card found in booster packs; this is the first such instance in Cipher of a card getting such treatment.

Also included are an instruction manual and paper playmat.

Card List

The deck features a standard total of 50 cards. All cards featured in this deck are of the Ic TCGCipher Elibe.png alignment. This list order is based off the official Cipher website's listing.

For more information on each card see the Fire Emblem Cipher section on the respective character page.
