The Carrot (Japanese: にんじん Carrot) is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Carrot is a provision with basic effects, restoring 10 HP and 10 fatigue to whomever consumes it. It may alternatively be offered up at a Mila Shrine to restore all fatigue of the party offering it.
It later returned in Fire Emblem: Three Houses as a ★★ ranked monastery item. It is a produce mainly obtained by gardening in the Greenhouse that can be used in the Dining Hall to produce meals through Sharing a Meal. It is one ingredient of four differents meals in the menu: Pickled Rabbit Skewers, Derdriu-Style Fried Pheasant, Vegetable Pasta Salad and Bourgeois Pike.
