Battalion Vantage (Japanese: 待ち伏せの陣 Team ambush) is an ability which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. It is an ability learned by certain units when they raise their skill level in authority. As its name suggests, it acts similarly to Vantage in that it allows its user to strike the enemy first when said enemy initiates an attack during their phase. Instead of being activated based on the user's HP, it instead takes effect when the user's battalion has only a third of its endurance remaining.
