The Ale is a provision item that debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. The Ale is a provision with basic effects, restoring 10 HP to whomever consumes it. It may alternatively be offered up at a Mila Shrine to restore the fatigue of the party offering it by 10 points. As an alcoholic provision, it can only be used by characters over twenty years of age.
