The Lightsphere (Japanese: 光のオーブ Light Orb), known as the Light Orb in some earlier translations, is an item that appears in the Fire Emblem series. It is known by the name Argent (Japanese: 白炎 White Flame) during the time of Fire Emblem Awakening, and is still set into the Fire Emblem before the other orbs are added again.
Appearing only in games set on Archanea, the Lightsphere negates enemies' terrain bonuses when facing its holder in battle. It also negates the effects of the Darksphere in Mystery of the Emblem and its remake, allowing its holder to inflict damage on the Dark Emperor Hardin. In Awakening, it is never present in any units inventory.
