Proposing a template

Hey guys, i'm new here...so i'm not sure how you guys want your template's styled. I see you are using pretty simple borders, white background and black text for infoboxes. But what about navigation templates? do you guys want them? if so, do you know what style you want them? if not, i can generate a list of template I've seen/helped out on, and you can tell me which you like.
