Squad Ace U (Japanese: 第２１迷宮の覇者 Champion of the twenty-first labyrinth) is a Sacred Seal skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it exists in three tiers: Squad Ace U 1, Squad Ace U 2, and Squad Ace U 3. Squad Ace U is functionally identical to the HP + skill, simply increasing the unit's maximum HP while equipped; however, it is not counted by the game as a duplicate of the HP + seal or the functionally-identical Squad Ace A, F, K, or P seals, and so a unit may possess all seals at the same time.

The Squad Ace U 1 seal may be obtained upon successful completion of the twenty-first Squad Assault challenge; it is one of the Sacred Seals that cannot be initially created through the Sacred Seal Forge. Tiers 2 and 3 must be obtained via forging in the Sacred Seal Forge.
