Game(s)

The Outrealm Skill is a placeholder for unidentified skills in Fire Emblem Awakening. It is used in the StreetPass functionality, for when a copy of the game which does not have a downloadable content package containing an exclusive skill receives through StreetPass a character with such a skill; as the size of the relevant data is unfeasible to transmit through StreetPass, the game instead uses this placeholder data to represent skills it does not recognize. A character with such a skill will still receive the effects of the skill, though.

Currently, there are eight DLC-exclusive skills: Aggressor, Resistance +10, Bond, Rally Heart, All Stats +2, Iote's Shield, Paragon, and Limit Breaker. As such, these are the only skills which become an Outrealm Skill under these circumstances.
