(Japanese: ニーヴ Niamh) is a character introduced in, and currently exclusive to, the Fire Emblem Cipher trading card game. Niamh is the seventh original character introduced into the Cipher trading card game. One of her first two cards is of Tellian allegiance with the other card in question being colorless, although also positioned in the Tellian-themed portion of the set.

As Niamh was introduced to Cipher after the release of the Cipher Companions downloadable content for Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, Niamh does not appear in that DLC, and as such has yet to appear in a video game in the Fire Emblem series, mainline or otherwise.

Like the other characters original to Cipher, Niamh participates in the Cipher column of the Japanese official site. As the seventh of the game's mascots, she has not been around since the start, her first appearance on the official site is in the 37th column. Her first appearance in the Cipher TCG as a card is in series twelve, Raging Deluge.

Niamh is currently featured on two cards in Fire Emblem Cipher.
