Lily's Poise (Japanese: 可憐な花 Sweet Flower) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. The personal skill of Elise, it slightly increases the damage dealt of all adjacent allies, as well as a bigger decrease in any damage those allies receive. It returns in Three Houses as the personal skill of Flayn; in this game, it no longer increases the damage dealt by adjacent allies.

Lily's Poise is present as a skill on one of Elise's cards in Fire Emblem Cipher: S04-005ST Sweet Strategist, Elise. It comes into effect when a Nohr-symbol ally of Elise's defeats an enemy unit, giving the player the option of paying a cost of flipping two bond cards to choose one discarded Nohr-symbol card in their Retreat Area which does not depict Elise, and add that card to their hand.
