Fierce Rival (Japanese: 負けん気 Competitive) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. The personal skill of Selena, it works while the unit is the support unit in a Pair Up situation, by allowing the user to guarantee that their strike, if it successfully connects, will land as a critical hit if their lead unit's strike had also landed as a critical hit.
