Duma's Blessing is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. A passive skill linked to Juda, Duma's Blessing allows its user to negate the opponent's attacks.
This effect existed in the original Gaiden, though it did not have a specific name and functioned slightly differently. In Gaiden, Juda can be damaged every fourth turn, the effect has been changed in Echoes: Shadows of Valentia; Juda is instead only damaged by every fourth attack he is struck with.
In the original Gaiden, Juda could be damaged regardless of turn if he is attacked from over five squares away; this attribute is not present in Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, and enemy attacks are sealed regardless of range.
