Defense Tactic Icon of the Def Tactic 1 skill in Heroes. At start of turn, grants Def+2 to allies within 2 spaces for 1 turn. Granted only if number of that ally's movement type on current team ≤ 2.

Defense Tactic (Japanese: 守備の指揮 Defense Command) is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Def Tactic 1, Def Tactic 2, and Def Tactic 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Defense Tactic skill boost Defense for a turn to all allies within two spaces whose movement type composes, at most, 2 of the party's members; the size of the Defense boost increases with the skill's tier.
