Ice-Bound Brand

Ice-Bound Brand (Japanese: 氷海の剣 Frozen sea sword) is a weapon skill in the sword category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Fjorm. Ice-Bound Brand neutralizes effects preventing its user's counterattacks when fighting a foe with a 2-range weapon; and boosts its user's stats and reduces the foe's stats, special cooldown charge, and damage when the foe initiates combat or has high HP.
