Fujin Uchiwa

Fujin Uchiwa (Japanese: 風神の団扇 Wind god's uchiwa) is a weapon skill in the sword category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the wind variant of Dagr. When its user's HP is not low, Fujin Uchiwa boosts its user's stats, reduces the foe's stats, reduces the damage of the foe's first attack, and boosts its user's special cooldown charge.
