Raging Tempest

Raging Tempest (Japanese: 真狂嵐 True mad storm) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Raging Tempest comes in only one tier. When its user's HP is full or a foe is in a nearby column or row, Raging Tempest allows its user to move an extra space and warp far in cardinal directions; and when its user is not adjacent to many allies, it reduces the foe's attack and defense, boosts the user's damage based on their attack, and grants the user another action.
