Defense/Resistance Ruse (Japanese: 守備魔防の大共謀 Great Defense/Resistance Conspiracy) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Def/Res Ruse 1, Def/Res Ruse 2, and Def/Res Ruse 3 in order from lowest to highest. When the user of a Def/Res Ruse skill is the user or target of a Rally assist skill, Def/Res Ruse drops the defense, resistance, and special cooldown charge of enemies in cardinal directions of both units involved; the size of the attack and resistance drops increases with the skill's tier.
