Even Pulse Tie (Japanese: 鼓動の封緘・偶数# Beat seal · even-numbered) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Even Pulse Tie 1, Even Pulse Tie 2, and Even Pulse Tie 3 in order from lowest to highest. On even-numbered turns, Even Pulse Tie increases the special cooldown counts of the enemies with the lowest HP whose HP is significantly lower than the user's and whose specials are ready to trigger; how much less HP is needed to trigger decreases with the skill's tier.
