Fire Emblem Cipher

The Skydrake Whip is present as a skill on one of Minerva's cards in Fire Emblem Cipher. It is a skill that increases Minerva's attack by 10 for each flying-type ally. It is spelled in kanji in Cipher (飛竜の鞭) rather than the hiragana of Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light and Mystery of the Emblem.
