Winter Rapier (Japanese: 冬祭の突剣 Winter festival thrusting sword) is a weapon skill in the sword category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. When its user is near an ally, Winter Rapier boosts its user's Attack and Defense by a fixed amount, then essentially turns any penalty on the user in those two stats into a bonus.
