Concerning the merge proposal...
Bad idea. Not only are the Japanese names of the two skills quite a bit different (a key point--so key that I had to go through shady channels to find out), but their effects, while similar, are also different as well. Sure Strike is a proc skill, whereas Hawkeye is an always-on skill. I really don't see why anyone would think Sure Strike and Hawkeye are intended to be the same skill...--Shiningpikablu252 (talk) 21:57, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
