Spendy Scimitar

Spendy Scimitar (Japanese: 安くない曲刀 Expensive curved sword) is a weapon skill in the sword category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Malice. Spendy Scimitar reduces its user's special cooldown count, boosts its user's stats when the user initiates it or is near allies—providing a greater boost if the user has been enhanced with Dragonflowers—and nullifies effects boosting the foe's or reducing the user's special cooldown charges if the user has been enhanced with Dragonflowers several times.
