The Lance (Japanese: ?? ??) is a weapon type appearing in TearRing Saga Series: Berwick Saga. This weapon type vastly differs from the Spear by several attributes: only mounted units can use those, neither side can counter or counter-attack much like Ballistae, and the weapon deals extra damage on the first hit depending of the number of hexes moved by the user between the last action performed and the user initiating combat. In Yutona Heroes War Chronicles, it is merged with the spear weapon type.
