Rapid-Crier Bow

Rapid-Crier Bow (Japanese: 涙目の速射弓 teary-eyed rapid-fire bow) is a weapon skill in the bow category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Neimi. Rapid-Crier Bow boosts the attack and speed of the ally with the highest sum of attack and speed, boosts all its user's stats when near an ally, and boosts its user's attack based on the highest attack and speed bonuses on a nearby ally.
