Ninjutsu Scrolls

Ninjutsu Scrolls (Japanese: 双風忍法帳 Twin Scrolls of the Wind Ninja Arts) is a weapon skill in the green tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the ninja variation of female Corrin. Ninjutsu Scrolls boosts its users speed but drops its user's defense and resistance, but allows its user to strike twice per round and, if the user's speed is higher than the foe's, boosts their damage based on the speed difference.
