Infantry Flash

Infantry Flash (Japanese: 歩行の柔撃 Gentle Infantry Strike) is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Infantry Flash 1, Infantry Flash 2, and Infantry Flash 3 in order from lowest to highest. Infantry Rush boosts the special cooldown charge of nearby infantry allies with significantly more speed than their foe; the difference between the user's and foe's speed required decreases with the skill's tier.
