Tome

First game

Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem

Glower (Japanese: グラウアー Glower) is a sinister tome which appears only in Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem. It completely ignores the resistance stats of the user's enemies, and unlike the earlier Luna tome which had a similar effect, Glower has respectable might of its own, making for quite a dangerous tome. It is exclusive to enemy Sorcerers in later chapters, first appearing in Chapter 20. It is a replacement for Dulam, another enemy-exclusive dark-themed tome with an animation themed around eyes, which appeared in the original Mystery of the Emblem but did not return for the remake.
