Brutal Shell (Japanese: 凶弾 Enemy fire) is a special skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. On turn 1, Brutal Shell greatly reduces its user's special cooldown count (enough to trigger itself), and when triggered, halves the foe's defense and resistance.
