Weirding Tome

Weirding Tome (Japanese: 奇異ルーテの書 Strange Lute's Book) is a weapon blue tome-type skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of Lute, and in addition to a boost in the user's Speed, also allows users to temporarily reduce the Speed of foes in cardinal directions whose Resistance is lower than the user's.
