The Watch is a staff introduced in Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem. It allows the revelation of areas hidden underneath the rooves of buildings. It will only reveal the area for a very short amount of time, and the cursor cannot be moved to see more, so one may have to use it in just the right spot to see what they want.
The Watch staff's only proper appearance is in Mystery of the Emblem; it has appeared in the game code of two subsequent games, Thracia 776 and The Binding Blade, but is unfinished and unused in both instances.
