Surtr's Portent is a passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Surtr's Portent comes in only one tier. Units with Surtr's Portent, if within four spaces of an enemy at the start of their phase, temporarily drops the stats of the enemies in closest proximity to the user while temporarily boosting the user's stats in return.
