Units with a Spd/Res Snag skill, when the user is involved in a two-unit movement-based assist skill, drops the Speed and Resistance of enemies within a sizable radius of both parties involved in the assist skill's execution; the skill's tier affects the size of the debuff inflicted upon the enemy.
