Analysis
This character analysis section may not be accurate to every player's experience.
|
Sanaki is forced into your party for the Silver Army chapters of part 4 and the Tower of Guidance. Her HP, strength, speed, and defense are all absolutely unacceptable for a third-tier unit, to the point that even her above-average resistance is effectively useless, and she will almost certainly die if she is exposed to front-line combat. Her main saving grace is her great magic stat, allowing her to take Tormod's Meteor tome and rain death from the back lines. It is worth noting that Hetzel and Levail will not attack her; neither will Sephiran, although in his case this inability is mutual. She also receives a Rudol Gem for the final battle, giving her 10 defense, but since all of the enemies use magic attacks, it is effectively useless.
Sanaki is playable as a SpotPass character, released in the Radiant Dawn character set. Sanaki is also present as an enemy in the first and third installments of the Smash Brethren DLC series.

Personality and character
Sanaki is very strict about manners and behavior. In Path of Radiance, she was rather irritated by Ike and his lack of respect for her in his speech.

Hetzel… I had thought that you alone might be above Lekain’s foul conspiracy! It saddens me to see you at his side. [...] I didn’t ask for excuses! You fight alongside Lekain. That’s more proof than I’ll ever need. [...] Then how do you explain my confinement in Mainal Cathedral? [...] And when you did hear of it, why didn’t you stop it? [...] …didn’t say anything.
