Ice Breath is a breath appearing in Vestaria Saga I: War of the Scions. It is a enemy-exclusive weapon only used by Icewyrms. It had the added effect of dealing bonus damage against Ministers units and paralysing units when the weapon successfully hits foes while also halving the damage the wielder would have received.
