Rising Thunder (Japanese: 砕雷 Breaking thunder) is a special skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Rising Thunder allows the player to deal damage to all foes within its range based on the game's typical damage formulas. Rising Thunder can be considered a weaker variation of two other special skills, one being Growing Thunder dealing the same amount of damage but in a wider radius, the other being Blazing Thunder keeping the same radius but increasing the damage output.
