Rapport Wand (Japanese: 友情の花の杖 Friendship Flower Staff) is a weapon skill in the staff category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. The Rapport Wand grants a bonus to Attack and Defense to the ally on the team with highest Speed, excluding the user.
