Raijinto (Japanese: 雷神刀 Thunder God Katana) is a regalia katana that debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. It is the personal weapon of Prince Ryoma of Hoshido capable of not only boosting his Strength while he has it, but also dealing physical damage in the form of lightning from 2 range.
It is a royal weapon passed down for generations in the Hoshidan royal family. Sumeragi and his ancestors before him wielded the Raijinto before Ryoma inherited it. Ryoma intends to pass on the Raijinto to his son, Shiro, when he is ready.[1]

- ↑ "Ryoma: Hmm. It's true that Raijinto is unique... Hoshidan kings have passed it down from generation to generation.
Shiro: Wow... So you're saying that my ancestors once used it?
Ryoma: It was my father's weapon of choice. Watching him wield it on the battlefield always inspired awe in me. I yearned to have the blade for myself.
Shiro: Interesting. I understand the feeling.
Ryoma: One day, you will inherit this sword. However, you are not ready. You lack the discipline and preparedness of a king. Your impetuous nature makes it clear that you aren't ready to lead." — Ryoma and Shiro, Fire Emblem Fates
