Plegian Torch

Plegian Torch (Japanese: プレジアの燭台 Plegian Candlestick) is a weapon skill in the green tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Plegian Torch is a skill that, when its user is not adjacent to any allies, magnifies any stat penalties already in place on the target's Attack and Resistance by essentially more than doubling them. Should the target not already be suffering any stat penalties to either Attack or Resistance, Plegian Torch will still apply a five-point penalty to that stat.
