Phantom Speed is a Sacred Seal skill, which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It exists in a three-tiered form, with the tiers respectively being named Phantom Spd 1, Phantom Spd 2, and Phantom Spd 3. When equipped, if, during combat, a skill exists on either unit that activates based on comparing the units' Speed stats, the Speed stat of the unit with Phantom Speed is counted as being five points higher than its actual value. Currently, the only skills affected by Phantom Speed are Windsweep and Watersweep. It may be used alongside those skills to make them more likely to activate; conversely, it may also be used against those skills to make them less likely to activate for an opponent. For tier 2 of this skill, the speed "boost" is raised to eight points; for tier 3, it is raised to ten points.
To obtain the Phantom Speed seal, players must have earned a total of 40,000 points in the July 2017 edition of the Tempest Trials; alternatively, it may be created via the Sacred Seal Forge. The seal's upper two tiers may be obtained via forging.
