Panic Smoke (Japanese: 恐慌の幻煙 Illusory Panic Smoke) is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Panic Smoke 1, Panic Smoke 2, and Panic Smoke 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Panic Smoke skill turn the bonuses on its target and all foes within a certain range of the target into penalties after combat until the end of those enemies' respective following actions; at the first tier, the skill only activates when the user initiates combat and its range is one square from the target, with the range increasing to two squares at the second tier and the phase restriction removed at the third tier.
