Mermaid Bow deals bonus damage to armored units and boosts its user's attack; additionally, if the user's HP is not low, it boosts their attack and speed, calculates damage using the lower of the foe's defense or resistance, and if the user initiates combat, is faster then their foe, and has weapon triangle advantage, allows them to attack twice.
