Lightning Breath

Lightning Breath (Japanese: 雷のブレス Thunder Breath) is a breath weapon skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Lightning Breath enables its user to be able to counter-attack any foe regardless of range, but at the cost of slowing the cooldown trigger for special skills.
