Joint Distant Guard is a passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Joint Distant Guard comes in only one tier, contracted to Joint Dist. Guard in-game. Joint Drive Attack is a greatly-enhanced fourth-tier equivalent of Distant Guard, in that users with it, if within two spaces of any allies, boost their own and those allies' Defense and Resistance when facing weapon types whose weapon skills normally boast a range of 2.
