Guard Axe

Guard Axe (Japanese: キャンセルの斧 Cancel axe) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. The Guard Axe is a skill that makes it so that the target's special skill cooldown decreases by one less than usual (which effectively prevents it from decreasing if they do not have a skill that causes the cooldown to go down by more per turn). It is functionally identical to a Hack-o'-Lantern.
