Fiora (Japanese: フィオーラ, Fiora) is a playable character in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. She is one of three playable Pegasus Knights available to join Eliwood/Hector's party.
Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade
Role
Fiora can be recruited in Chapter 18 (Eliwood's Tale) or Chapter 19 (Hector's Story). She appears as an NPC at the beginning of Turn 3, and will join the party if spoken to with Florina. She is the second pegasus knight that can be recruited.
In The Dread Isle, Chapter 18 for Eliwood and Chapter 19 for Hector, Fiora finds her sister Florina. It is revealed that Fiora had been hired by Pent[1] to investigate the island with a whole squadron, but was the only survivor of a large attack. Though she blames herself for the loss of her squadron, Florina tells her not to, helping Fiora overcome her sadness. Fiora follows Florina's advice to join her army.
Depending on the player's supports, Fiora may marry Eliwood, Kent, or Sain, or become the head of a mercenary company.

Pent: Fiora...
Fiora: Forgive us, my lord. We were not strong enough... We were ambushed on the Dread Isle, and the mission ended in failure... But Lord Eliwood did lend his aid, and we were able to gain some information... Allow me to give you the details...
Pent: Fiora, please... Don't worry about that for now... It is I who should apologize...
Fiora: ...What for?
Pent: I understand you lost companions on Valor... It is my fault. I should have provided better information. I had no idea there was such danger.
Fiora: No, my lord. It was carelessness that invited danger. My own. There is no reason for you to feel responsible...
Pent: But...
Fiora: I take full responsibility for the failure of my mission... And now, if you will excuse me..." — Fiora to Pent in a support conversation, Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade - ↑ http://www.behindthename.com/submit/name/fiora
