Dusk Uchiwa

Dusk Uchiwa (Japanese: 宵間の団扇 Dusk Uchiwa) is a weapon skill in the dagger category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Dusk Uchiwa is a skill that, in addition to dealing bonus damage to cavalry units, disables skills that would otherwise alter the battle's attack priority, allowing for a normal flow of battle regardless of whatever skills are equipped
